HOW AND WHERE CAN I MAKE MY MONTHLY RENT PAYMENT?

We want to make it easy and convenient for our tenants to pay their monthly rent. We are happy to offer a variety of payment methods.

Our preferred method of payment is for our tenants to set up a monthly automatic ACH payment. Just visit the TENANT PORTAL to schedule your payment on the date that is convenient for you and never miss a rent payment again.

DO YOU HAVE AN OFFICE I CAN VISIT?

Unfortunately we do not have a physical office to meet tenants at. We offer the convenience of a drop box for any forms or payments that you need to deliver at 135 North Franklin Street, Cochranton.
